Planning is obviously a vital step of any project — arguably the most important step of all… right behind the inception of the idea. Successful planning consists of many elements — from clearly defining the scope of the project, choosing the right team, projecting costs and time constraints — to documenting everything in-between.
As I mentioned, the inception of the project idea is a vital step as well. Consisting of needs assessments, evaluations, extensive discussions — and most importantly, brainstorming.
