Escorting Dharma off the deck the last few mornings has been brutal. Brrrr! But hang on because by Monday we’re supposed to be close to 80° again!
We’re hot tub ready!
Not sure why I thought it was a good idea to drain the hot tub and freshen the water right when Perry was complaining of back issues, but that’s exactly what I did. My face may be sad in the photo below, but the temp was a perfect 103° by 8:00 PM. It wasn’t that bad of an ooops… I’ve sure made worse.
Fall views are incoming slowly…
I’m seeing more color in the trees now, but still not a huge amount — just a random red tree here and a yellow one there. The biggest change here so far is the grass. It’s not all pretty green and it’s not growing like crazy anymore.
Fall foliage is expected to peak between October 21 and 28, so we should see some big changes in the next week or so. 🙂
