Sitting in the family room early evening last night, Hugo spotted something out the window that was the farthest away from him but closest to Perry.
Me: Hugo sees something out there.
Perry: Continues doing what he’s doing…
Me: Can you see anything out there?
Perry: Finally turns around and looks outside… Oh wow. Yah.
Hugo sneakily made his way to the window.
Hugo had his nose pressed to the window but was still a quiet observer. Merida and Dharma had yet to be alerted.
I took a photo with my phone out the window — through the screen — and it was awful. Perry was doing the same thing with his phone and his were even worse. So I grabbed my trusty Canon EOS camera and took aim…
Merida then saw the visitor and flipped her shit.
That’s when we saw the second baby… and it’s also when they both heard Merida and were spooked.
Old Mr. Pesky can keep his bobcat — I’ll take two beautiful fawns in the yard any day. I love watching the babies. 💕
And the puppies only wanted to be friends.
