class of 77 and 73… when did we get so old?

May 14, 2023

I didn’t make it to the funeral home — and I also didn’t go to the Alumni Banquet. I did get photos though…

Some members of the class of 77 gathered at Adams Funeral Home to say goodbye to classmate, Rick Smith.

50th year for the Class of 73, they had a big turn out for their Alumni this year.

Back Row, L to R: Louis Bolton, Kenny Perry, Pat Hall, Ken Johnson, Scott McKain, Lois Bolton, Ken Hazelwood, Mark Toppe.
Front Row, L to R: Terri Cravens, Thelma Caudill, Shere Butler, Dara Schleuter, Lucille Luedeman, Eddie Shown, Debbie Hickerson, Debbie Arnold, Alice Spicer, Don Hacker, Jim Eglen, Sue Ann Nay.

I had to have help with the names… I didn’t recognize Brian Lowe of my class; and I only knew 12 of the 20 from Scott’s class without his help. And it isn’t just because eyesight is the first to go either. 😉

TIL (Today I Learned): The Pony Express existed for only 18 months. (None of those depicted above were a part of it.)
